Ohio's Gas Station Ghost Drawing A Crowd

Click that link to see the video. It's not like any ghost I've ever seen, but it is some sort of entity, not a blue bag as someone suggested. It is cohesive, it darted around people at the station, and at one point even sat on a car and seemed to rest for about 30 minutes.
Could it be some kind of entity we've never encountered before? I'm doing on line research to see if there are other sightings of similar creatures. If you've ever heard of a similar case, let me know.

The spectre was Vince Foster back to remind everyone about Whitewater,The Childrens Fund,Chinagate,Wantagate and all the rest of Hitlerys shenanigans. Just ask Peter Paul or Stan Lee, that woman is a real witch. You can vote for Hitlery or Ghouliani, either way you get a woman in the whitehouse. Now thats scary.
