One last word about KY

I've been dogging on the home state a little hard today, but I want to make one thing clear. There are some really wonderful people here. Pound for pound, these are the nicest people in the world. They'd do anything for you if you needed them and you probably wouldn't have to ask. A lot of the problems here stem from education, tradition and culture so it's hard to hold that against them unless they take it to the extreme.

It's also a beautiful place in the undeveloped mountain areas. I just wish more of them would stay undeveloped, but progress continues, I guess.

Tomorrow, back to the regularly scheduled railing against the patriarchy. I"m beat.
