Ichthys means "womb." Turn the little fishy on it's nose and you can clearly see that it's a pussy. Specifically, the Vulva of Isis. Next time you see a neighbor or coworker with one of those on their bumper, or around their necks, ask them if they know what it means. Make sure you are out of arm's reach, though.
