Barbara Boxer uses the "I" Word - IMPEACHMENT

"Washington, D.C.: U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) today asked four presidential scholars for their opinion on former White House Counsel John Dean's statement that President Bush admitted to an 'impeachable offense' when he said he authorized the National Security Agency to spy on Americans without getting a warrant from a judge."

And she's not the only one. This is one of the 3 charges Nixon was about to be impeached for when he resigned, and the Foreign Intelligence Surveilance Act was put in place to keep Presidents from using our Intelligence Services to spy on Americans without oversight. Nixon had been using our spies against his political enemies. Could our George be doing the same?

This is a real crime, by the way, with a five year imprisonment if convicted. Add this to the list of his other crimes: Lying to Congress, Killing innocent Afghanis and Iraqis, Extraordinary Rendition, Torture in violation of the Geneva Convention and international law, subverting the Constitution he's sworn to defend and enforce, stealing two presidential elections - did I forget anything? O, and those "war powers" he's claiming - never went into effect because Congress has yet to declare a war.

Let me add - FUCK the NEW YORK TIMES who sat on this story for over a year. They are now, officially, no longer a source of news, but a parody of what was once a great paper. Everyone who works there who participated in this coverup should be fired.
