This is a good article on how this Supreme Court Justice can make or break the New Deal and the Great Society in one fell swoop. We need to think carefully before we embrace Roberts.

Another thing that bothers me is that this guy only has two years experience as a Judge. That hardly seems adequate to qualify the man for the Supreme Court. It's not just that we don't have much of a record to evaluate him by, it's that he simply hasn't paid his dues.
