No charges in Denver 3 ouster

Rocky Mountain News: News

So apparently, it's ok now to impersonate the Secret Service. Three people were trying to enter a public forum with the pResident, and were told they were waiting for a Secret Service agent. The person who appeared forced them to leave because their car had a "No Blood for Oil" bumper sticker. They did nothing disruptive, yet the government -- you know, the one that's supposed to be protecting you -- has declined to press charges against the guy for impersonating a Secret Service agent.

1) If he's supposed to be my President, too, why does a bumper sticker or the text on my t-shirt preclude me from seeing him? One family was ejected for wearing t-shirts that said "protect our civil rights". When did free speech and Constitutional protections become so subversive that advocating them makes one a threat to an elected (in theory, anyway) official who took an oath to protect those rights?

2)Who the hell is giving the local organizations the authority to exclude people from these events that should be open to all citizens?

3)This is a clear violation of National Security to have some party lackey claiming to represent the Secret Service. The letter the Secret Service provided to "Colorado Sen. Ken Salazar and Reps. Mark Udall and Diana DeGette, all Democrats who had asked for the agency to investigate the incident" gave no explanation for the decision. I, for one, would like some damned answers.

Though the event took place in Colorado, this has been happening not only through the campaign, but in "town meeting" formats that should be open to everyone. This is the first president to restrict public access this way, and it's nothing short of fascism to restrict his appearances to only his supporters. If he doesn't want to be my president, too, he's welcome to resign. We didn't elect him, anyway. He has failed to uphold the Constitutional principles required by his oath of office. He is giving aid and comfort-- not to mention promotions and raises -- to traitors who compromised National Security by exposing a CIA operative who specialized in WMD.

Someone please explain to me why this man is still in the White House, because I haven't seen any evidence yet that he deserves to be allowed on the grounds.
