Forget About Condi's Show "Testimony" of Lies Today: That's All White House "Made for Television" Theater. If You Want the Truth, Let's Move on to Plan "B"

This BuzzFlash editorial is a well-worded rant that's not to be missed. How long are we going to stand for this bullshit, people?

They lie to us, then say they didn't; we're attacked on our own soil and they let the Bin Laden family fly around in a private jet on September 12 and leave the country without speaking to the FBI; They start a freaking war that has gotten more people killed since 'flyboy' declared it was over than were killed when it was supposedly "on". Bush said "Bring 'em on" and they did, baby - Iraqi insurgents are dragging American bodies through the streets and they're taking foreign hostages. How long before the rest of the world tells JR to pound sand and gets the hell out? Not long at all, I'm afraid.

And where are they going to get these additional troops they want to send? Has it occurred to anyone that we are so short on military personnel that we have National Guardswomen and men who have been there over a year and the government has been unilaterally extending tours of duty for people who should long since have been discharged? Can you spell "DRAFT" - I'll bet even W. can spell that one, and there won't be any educational deferrments this time will there, Mr. C-average. And though they don't consider women capable of making their own reproductive choices, they apparently think we are equally expendable because the bill to reinstate the draft that are currently before Congress includes women as well as men. Have I mentioned that John Kerry favors the draft, too? Skull and Bones do love to hear that death rattle. If you know anyone between 17 and 30, you'd better learn to spell KUCINICH if you want to keep them alive.

Richard Clarke tells the truth and Bill Frist has the temerity to slander him on the floor of Congress; Condi tells lie upon lie; Bush will only agree to an "informal meeting" and insists that Cheney be there to work his freaking strings. Since when does he get to decide? This is a democracy and the "unelected one" has no right not to appear before that commission that he's tried to stall all along. If he's not doing the job the People - remember us, W., the People? This is our country, not yours - want some fucking answers.

And here's a bonus question for everyone who voted Republican - There are two unethical, greedy, scheming Texas oil men in the Whitehouse. What the hell did you expect? Did you think gas prices were going to go down? If Halliburton will overcharge the DOD on sweetheart contracts they didn't even have to bid on, do you think their old boss is going to hesitate to screw the People at the pump? OPEC, hell, those gas prices were in the cards the minute W. was even born.

Then we've got these Christian extremists trying to change the laws, change the Constitution and ram their beliefs down our throats? It's too much. I HATE Howard Stern! I mean I loathe the man. I will never forgive you assholes for putting me in the position of having to defend his sorry ass because he still has FREEDOM OF SPEECH as guaranteed in the Constitution and you ought to get off his case. He may be tasteless and vulgar, but he shouldn't lose his job for doing what they were paying him to do.

Are we so weak that we stand for this? Are we so lazy that we let radical demagogues run roughshod over our most basic rights as Americans? As HUMANS?
